CPE Educator, United Church Homes — Beavercreek, OH

TITLE: CPE EDUCATOR

POSITION OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Plan, Develop, and Manage all aspects of Trinity’s CPE program
  • Supervise both extended and summer intensive CPE students
  • Lead and Coordinate the activities of the PAG
  • Ensure CPE program compliance with ACPE standards
  • Participate on the leadership team and inter-disciplinary resident care committees
  • Serve on the United Church Homes Chaplains Group

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • Expand the CPE program’s virtual capabilities
  • Evaluate the potential for offering additional CPE units, a residency, and CEC education
  • Engage residents & staff; become familiar with the culture

SKILL SET:

  • Master of Divinity or a related advanced degree
  • ACPE Certified or Associate Certified Educator
  • Three years CPE, Chaplaincy or Parish leadership experience
  • Experience in a continuing care retirement setting preferred
