SKILL SET:

  • M. Div., MHA or a related discipline
  • Five years healthcare leadership is required
  • Certified or eligible with APC or NACC or a cognate group is preferred
  • Working knowledge of how to manage a non-profit organization is preferred

POSITION OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of pastoral care at Morton Plant Mease (MPM) hospitals

SKILL SET:

  • Master in Theology or a related discipline
  • Certification as a Hospital Chaplain

TITLE: DIRECTOR, SPIRITUAL CARE & CHAPLAINCY

  • Develop and lead a team of chaplains, CPE students and community volunteers in providing spiritual care services
  • Provide spiritual care services for a diverse population
  • Develop and lead a Clinical Pastoral Education program

SKILL SET:

  • Masters of Divinity or a related discipline
  • MBA or MPA is a plus
  • Four years Spiritual Care leadership in Healthcare
  • ACPE Certified or Associate Certified Educator
  • Certification as Hospital Chaplain is preferred

TITLE: CPE PROGRAM MANAGER

  • Certification as a Full/Associate Supervisor with ACPE

  • One year supervisory experience with an ACPE accredited program
